It’s me, Jodi — a Filipino artist, illustrator and animator based in Japan. 

Even though I work as an animator, I still find myself drawing after work, during quiet weekend solo dates, and on walks and hikes with my husband. 

I fell in love with pole dancing, aerial hoop, and aerial silks and you can see that my work is heavily influenced by the art and movement of this sport. The craft continues to inspire me, although I’m no longer as active. 

I like collecting sakura blossoms in April and I have a soft spot for konbini ice cream and pastries. I enjoy reading books and watching movies under my warm blanket.
